Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of firearms and firearm-related products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Firearms, frames, and serialized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law.
  • Glock slides, parts, and accessories may be eligible for return if they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Any item that has been installed, modified, fired, or damaged is not eligible for return.

Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Firearms and serialized components
  • Ammunition
  • Installed or used firearm parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.
